Bob Buttar is the Broker, Owner and Manager of MaxWell Heritage Realty, formerly known as Haida Realty Ltd. The company was founded in 1976 providing residential, acreage, farms and IC&I marketing services in the Leduc and Edmonton areas.

Bob is a Past-President (1990) and Life-Member of the Realtors Association of Edmonton. He has served locally as co-chair of the Black Gold Health Foundation and a Director of the Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Authority. He was also honoured with the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal in 2004 in recognition of his contributions to the community.

In 2017, he was awarded the Coldwell Banker Canadian Ambassador Award, presented annually to the member of the Canadian network who best represents the values and beliefs of the Coldwell Banker brand which are; Trust, Innovation, Collaboration, Consumer Focus and Business Acumen.

Haida Realty Ltd. has received many awards and recognitions including the 2015 Leduc Chamber of Commerce "Business of the Year".
